Training magazine names Capella University PhD student as one its ‘Top 10 Young Trainers’
Tracy Lendi, director of training and development for Standard Parking Corporation, is pursuing a PhD in instructional design for online learning from the online university
MINNEAPOLIS, November 18, 2008 -Training magazine has named Capella University PhD student Tracy Lendi as a Top 10 Young Trainer. Lendi, who is director of training and development for Standard Parking Corporation, was evaluated on her leadership skills, technical competence, success in meeting difficult training challenges, and experience developing innovative training solutions and programs. As a Top 10 Young Trainer, Ms. Lendi is now a member of Training magazine's editorial advisory board. In addition to her work with Standard Parking, Lendi is pursuing a PhD in instructional design for online learning from Capella University (www.capella.edu), an accredited*, fully online university that has built its reputation by providing quality graduate education for working adults.
