Senior Vice President to Leave Capella

MINNEAPOLIS, July 27, 2007 — Paul Schroeder, Senior Vice President of Operations & Business Transformation for Capella Education Company, has informed us of his decision to resign effective August 20. In more than six years with Capella, Paul has held a number of senior management positions within Capella University and its parent company.
