Sally B. Chial, MA
Sally B. Chial joined Capella Education Company in 2007 as vice president, human resources, and was appointed to senior vice president, Capella Experience in 2009. From 2001 to 2007, she was a member of the senior leadership teams for organizational effectiveness and human resources at Cargill. Her more than 25 years of leadership experience also includes senior human resources and administrative management positions with BRW Inc., the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the City of Roseville, and Washington County. Chial earned a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis on Human Resources and finance from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minn., and a Master of Arts in public administration, with an emphasis on human resources and organizational development, from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn. She is a certified executive coach through the Hudson Institute.
